Three easy fish recipes for the grill

Especially for lovers of fish menu, we’ll tell you what else besides meat can be cooked on the grill. All dishes are simple and prepared very quickly.

Trout with lemon and herbs

4 whole trout;

1 lemon;

fresh thyme and rosemary;

5 tbsp olive oil;

3 cloves of garlic;

1 tbsp crushed chili peppers;

salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Lemon cut in half, one half put briefly, the other cut into thin slices.

2. Grind garlic and herbs. Mix olive oil, chilli, herbs and garlic. In the mixture put the lemon slices, mix well.

3. The trout season with salt and pepper, squeeze on the juice of half a lemon. Cut each fish lengthwise and remove the insides and then stuff the rabbit with the mixture of herbs, pepper and lemon. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

4. Fry the trout on the grill for 4 minutes on each side.

Salmon with mustard and honey

600 g salmon fillets (or 4 steaks);

2 tbsp vegetable oil;

1H.l. seasoning for fish (coriander, dried vegetables (carrots, onions, leeks and garlic), turmeric, paprika, parsley, thyme, ground hot pepper);

1 tbsp mild mustard;

3 tbsp liquid honey;

salt to taste.

Preparation:

1. Mix vegetable oil, honey, mustard, seasoning for fish. Add a bit of salt.

2. Salmon fillet washed under running water, blot with towel to remove excess water.

3. Cut the fillet strips about 3 cm thick. The steak cut is not necessary.

4. Brush the fish with marinade and mustard spices, cover with clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Roast the fish for 5 minutes on each side.

King prawns wrapped in bacon

To prepare 4 servings you will need:

40 large shrimp, peeled and washed;

20 slices of raw bacon in the cuts.

Cooking:

1. Each slice of bacon cut in half, wrap it and staple prawn stick cocktail.
