The perfect men’s Breakfast # 15 — Cold pizza
A good way to have Breakfast early in the morning — the so-called cold pizza. In fact, it is like pizza, but without heat treatment. Probably some warped rawfoodist she will like. Others it’ll fit like a hell of a Breakfast, as for me, I always have.
So, you will need:
- 1 slice of whole-grain bread;
- a piece of ricotta cheese;
- 1 large leaf Basil;,
- 2 slices tomato;
- olive oil, salt and pepper.
On a slice of whole-grain bread that can be toasted, you put a piece of ricotta cheese. Cut preferably thinner. On cheese put the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Put a leaf of Basil or a sprinkle of dry Basil. Because the pizza is cold, preheating is not necessary. Immediately eat!
