Today we offer you a simple recipe for juicy and flavorful pork, where the most time-consuming aspect will wait, until the meat is thoroughly marinated. What can be better than self-prepared piece of meat? Only a huge piece of meat, fragrant spices, baked in the oven! And nothing more.
- pork roast — 1 kg. (But for this recipe we took the shovel.);
- garlic — 6-7 large cloves;
- salt/pepper — to taste. Don’t mince pepper;
- mustard, sour cream, lemon juice, for sauce;
2. Prepare the sauce for the marinade
150 grams of sour cream, mix with a teaspoon (no slides) of mustard. Crush two cloves of garlic, add a teaspoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Also a teaspoon. Salt, pepper — to taste.
Salt and pepper the meat, then stick it in the pork fat with a knife evenly and in different places, and in the holes shove the garlic. If you’d like it spicy and fragrant, 4-5 cloves should be enough.
Thoroughly spread prepared sauce meat, put it in a sealed container: pot with lid, sleeve for baking, etc., and put in the fridge for 5 hours. The longer meat is marinated, the juicier and tastier it will be.
After the specified time put the meat in a roaster or kettle and put in the oven. Bake at 180-190 degrees for about an hour and a half, maybe more, it depends on the size of the piece.
Cooked meat, juicy and fragrant, can eat as a separate dish and as an ingredient in an awesome sandwich.
