Pork chops on the grill
You will need:
vegetable oil for grill;
1/4 Cup of honey;
4 tablespoons of olive oil;
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary;
4 boneless pork chops, each about 170 g;
salt and ground black pepper.
Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature with the lid closed for 8-10 minutes. Slightly oil grate.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and rosemary. Half glaze to pee, (will be useful for the finished chops). Chops to grease with glaze, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the chops on the grill. Close the lid and cook until Golden brown and slightly charred state, about 5-6 minutes. Flip chops and cook about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chops from the grill, brush with remaining honey glaze. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
