Polish sausage with sauerkraut

The guy who shared this recipe does not belong to the fans as sauerkraut and Polish sausage (Krakowska), but he assures that this dish is one of his favorites, so much so that the ears do not tear. You must taste this food, man.


1 bottle of beer 0.33 l (and 0.5);

200 g sugar (white or dark);

1 kg Polish sausages;

1 kg sauerkraut (pressed).


1. Mix the beer and sugar in a small saucepan, put on medium heat, once the sugar has melted, remove from heat.

2. Cut Polish sausage into rings and put into the pan (on a very slow fire). Add squeezed sauerkraut and a mixture of beer and sugar. Cook over very low heat until the liquid evaporates. This recipe is possible and even better to cook in a slow cooker on low mode, cooking time — 3 to 6 hours. The long boiling will make the taste more intense.

3. This dish can be eaten on their own, and you can make him a sandwich.
