Pizza rolls Stromboli
Stromboli is a volcanic island near Sicily, and the name of the pizza. It’s not the pizza you used, it’s a pizza roll. If regular pizza tired (is that even possible?), here’s another option.
Pizza Stromboli you need to:
pizza dough (raw, not to be confused with a finished base);
Provolone (or any other solid low-fat cheese);
Do not swear, dude, if you don’t find any ingredient, replace it with another normal pizza has many types of toppings on the Stromboli too, can fantasize.
How it’s done:
Pre-heat the oven to 180-200° C. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough, giving it a rectangular shape. Spread on the dough first, ham and salami, then the Provolone and mozzarella (you can chunks and grated), leaving the edges of 3-4 cm to Collapse the whole thing into a loaf, pinch the ends and tuck down, put the roll on a greased baking sheet seam down and top with olive oil. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
