Swedish company Handheld Group has announced the imminent launch of Nautiz X1 smartphone. The manufacturer positions the device as «the most secure smartphone in the world.» And it’s not good, dude.
Standards compliance MIL-STD-810G and IP67 proof. Nautiz X1 offers reliable protection from water drops, vibrations, extreme humidity and extreme temperatures. The phone also can withstand a 30 minute immersion in water to a depth of 1 meter. So friend, feel free to take a bath and chat with dudes.
According to the manufacturer, Handheld Nautiz X1 can be used as the operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5. The cost of the phone is 699 euros ($899). Deliveries will start in January 2013.
As for other technical characteristics, the Handheld Nautiz X1 is equipped with a 4-inch WVGA display, supports standards GSM, CDMA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, has an onboard 2-core microprocessor 1 GHz processor, rear camera 5 million pixels, flash, 512 MB RAM and 2 GB of internal memory. With dimensions of 125 x 65 x 15 mm, the device weighs only 180 grams.
