Male cheesecake from macaroni…
The basis of this recipe is the good old American recipe for macaroni and cheese. We already wrote about this. But this recipe is very advanced in comparison with what we wrote earlier, it’s… cheesecake from pasta! Actually, ideally, you can make this dish without a layer of dough at the bottom, only pasta, only hardcore! Really tasty, you can cook this dish as a side dish for the New year, for example, your friends bro will certainly appreciate!
So, for making this miracle of nature you will need:
- 200 grams of ricotta cheese;
- 200 grams cream cheese;
- 200 grams of cheddar;
- 2 eggs;
- 1/4 Cup milk (a Cup — 200 grams);
- 1 tablespoon salt;
- 200 grams of oil;
- diced tomatoes without the peel, cherry;
- dried or fresh Basil, finely chopped;
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs;
- various favorite spices.
Mix the butter, breadcrumbs, beautiful and from the heart so grind them into a homogeneous mass. Take the letter, put it on a baking sheet, brush well with oil. Lay out evenly on baking a lot of bread crumbs and butter, spread so to avoid lumps. This stuff put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes to form a crust.
Now you need to boil the pasta. Welded? Brush them with oil to taste, add chopped tomatoes and leave it in a warm place and crumble on top of the Basilica.
Now is the time to do cheese. Mix ricotta, cream cheese cheddar (you can, in principle, any hard cheese) in a blender until a homogeneous mass. Add milk and eggs. Whip the mixture in a blender. Get pasty, viscous thing.
Mix it with the pasta until smooth and place directly on the cake. Bake the mixture for 45 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees in a well-heated oven. Turn off the oven and leave the dish for a little while inside until it cools down. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it stay like that for 10 minutes before you start eating.
