Make barbeque: a practical guide
Kebabs — this is a nice and easy way to cook many varieties of meat and vegetables together — the combination of aromas and flavors can be almost anything. The best way to teach yourself to eat fruits and vegetables to add to the skewers peppers, onions, tomatoes, and even pineapples. There is no wrong way to combine them, but tips on how to prepare a memorable barbecue, of course.
Choose the ingredients
Impossible wrong to put meat and vegetables on a skewer. Any meal will be tasty on the nature, on fresh air, near the fire. Important not only the ingredients but also the method of their preparation. To quickly start the meal, the meat cut into small pieces, so it cooked faster. The optimal size — cubes of 2.5 cm, and in them — fruits and vegetables. Do not believe those who say that the pieces must be huge! They can be anything, and the taste does not deteriorate. Steak and beef takes longer to cook chicken, so different types of meat cook better separately from each other.
Marinade for meat
The usual marinade of vinegar, pepper and onions variety of exotic ingredients: teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, adjika — all that you can imagine. Olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice never hurts. The meat is flavorful, so experiment with different herbs and spices: Basil, oregano, rosemary, curry, hmeli-suneli — and the choice does not end there! Marinated meat and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour and prepare the rest of the ingredients, but still better tamarinus meat the day before.
Prepare the skewers

Do not hurry: have to disappear and the last flames, otherwise lovingly strung on a skewer of meat and vegetables will burn. Don’t go far from the grill: shish kebab should be kept under observation. There are so many different ingredients that can burn or even under its own weight to crash down on coal! Skewers from time to time need to turn. Cooking always is uneven: one skewer will be ready faster than the other — and that’s fine. Before eating, let the meat rest 5-10 minutes, otherwise the juice out of it will flow directly into you, and the meat will be juicy.

Or eat kebabs straight from the skewer, or take them off and obmanyvaj in pre-cooked sauce, or wrap in pita bread with greens. Whatever you did, it is impossible to eat kebab properly.
