To prepare this authentic Mexican you need first, the desire to cook something tasty and unusual, and secondly, some ingredients, namely:

500 g medium shrimp, peeled;

2 tablespoons olive oil;

salt and ground black pepper to taste;

2 cloves garlic, minced;

1 small onion, diced;

2 cups shredded green cabbage;

1 carrot, peeled and grated ;

3 cups of spinach;

2 tablespoons of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce;
