Me, as a person who loves a relatively healthy lifestyle (I call it that because it does not always coincide with the precepts HLS), extremely angry, as some people prefer to eat. I’m not talking about vegans, vegetarians, fat people and other guys, I’m talking about the General majority of citizens who adhere to harmful dietary habits that are rooted in the traditional education of the Soviet and post-Soviet time, where minus 100 g weight of the child was considered a disaster. Of course, this was all stir a sport, but a sport played by only a few. And then on the couch or at the bar during the Olympics with a pint of beer. 1. Eat everything with bread

«Without bread is impossible to get enough of!» — what a stupid man! «Eat with bread!» «Bread around the head». In my logical question «a lot.», he was surprised and said, «Without sugar! Tastes better that way.» Hell, it is a bad habit that many are unable to refuse. Sometimes it is enough one or two spoons to make it sweet, but some pour a little more than a lot of sugar, which turns the drink into a syrup. And then we wonder why we talk so much. As in the case of bread, many people wonder, how can you not drink hot drinks with sugar. Experience shows that it is possible. Most good teas and types of coffee does not require sugar, they are good enough by themselves. I don’t drink tea and coffee with sugar for many years, maybe that’s why I visit the dentist for prevention, and dental fillings I have.

3. Eating late in the evening or before going to bed under the pretext that I can’t sleep

What the hell, man? You never thought your dream would be disturbing, because the stomach is working to digest your last meal? Especially in it there was meat, which traditionally is digested longer?

It so happened that we are creatures of habit. When our stomach is full for the night, we feel more confident. This is the state our body is normal, in addition, it is believed that this is the usual suggestion. Because I too have suffered from this disease (and almost all items have to me directly related), I can confidently say that when you are being retrained not to eat at night, sleep comes in the same mode, thus becoming less anxious. 5. Delicious after a meal

Often in some catering after ordering the main dishes we asked about if we wanted to get something for tea. And take a lot. 6. Insatiable snacking
