Delicious bread without any problems with the flour


I agree that a large assortment of bakery in supermarkets is not a guarantee that the purchased bread will be delicious. Like looks appetizing, and smells, and light and fluffy, but quite tasteless. But, this situation can be corrected, and you don’t have to bother with the flour and with the dough.

What we need for this:

The finished loaf, butter, about 100 grams., a couple of cloves of garlic, herbs (green onion, parsley, dill), about one tablespoon.

As you’ve probably guessed, the other, finely cut greens, garlic, grate on a grater or passed through a garlic press, and all this mixed with butter.



Take a sharp knife across the loaf, and make deep incisions so that the loaf remains intact.


These cuts put our stuffing of herbs, garlic and oil.


Wrap the loaf in foil and put in a preheated 200 degree oven, about 10-15 minutes.


So fast and simple you’ll get to the table fragrant and hot bread.
