Christmas recipe: grilled salmon
Festive table should burst with an abundance of different dishes, so we, the Russian, made. 4 salmon fillets / about 110 grams each;
4 tablespoons mustard (can use grainy);
4 tablespoons orange marmalade;
1 teaspoon fine-grained sea salt;
¼ Teaspoon ground black pepper;
1 tbsp olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 200° C.
In a small container to mix mustard and orange marmalade. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add the salmon and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until Golden brown.
Turn off the heat and brush the salmon fillet with a mixture of orange marmalade and mustard, sprinkle with pepper. Put the pan into the oven and roast for 5 minutes until top become Golden brown.
