Burger for Burger
Today, as usual on Fridays, we offer you to go to the kitchen and cook a delicious, sometimes healthy food. Let this evening, your apartment will be filled with the aroma of oven-baked stabs! Cook them very simply and quickly, the more you can keep a couple in reserve and brought out of the freezer during the week. Cook burgers, or crack it without the dressing – it doesn’t matter, meat is meat and it’s a terrific dish to almost any of its manifestations. Anyway, enough chatter and let’s get on with it.
- 1 kg minced pork;
- 3-4 egg yolks;
- 60 g oatmeal;
- 2 tbsp olive oil;
- pepper and salt to taste.
Step 1: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, oats, egg yolks and olive oil.
Step 2: Divide the resulting mass into 4 or 6 pieces.
Step 3: to stick the required number of chops. Even if it’s too many, you are not forced to eat it all at once. You can always cook the patties later, having received useful prefabricated from the freezer, where it should be stored in the food film is not more than one month.
Step 4: Take the required quantity of cutlets and place in a preheated 200ºC oven. Bake at the same temperature for 15 minutes on each side.
