Barney recipes. Prepare cool syrups at home

Everyone loves a good cocktail, and you, friend, for sure, is no exception. So today I will talk about how to make sugar syrup for cocktails. Of course, you can buy it at the store paying around three hundred for a pint, but its manufacture is so simple that you bother.

So, you will need 250 grams of white sugar, 250 cane (if it’s not or on a budget, we can take half a kilo of white) and a pint of water. Pour the water into a small saucepan and put it on the stove. As the heat of the water filling the sugar and stir it until dissolved. Now we need to bring the resulting syrup to a boil (on medium fire power) and to turn off the stove.

When the syrup has cooled to room temperature (if the syrup is needed urgently, you can pan with it to put in a bath of cold water) pour it through a funnel into an empty bottle. Can be used to store any container, but I prefer to keep all the ingredients for cocktails in bottles of Bacardi rum, because they seem most comfortable.

It was a basic recipe, but no one bothers you to experiment, adding syrup of different ingredients, such as cinnamon, cloves, anise blossoms.

And lastly I will write a simple recipe for homemade lemonade that quenches your thirst in the summer.

Juice of lemon or lime — 25 g;

Sugar syrup — 20 g;

Sparkling Bon-Aqua — 150 ml

If you like sweeter, add more syrup if sourer — more citrus juice. That’s all for today, until next time, friend.
