Baked stuffed potatoes with egg


Delicious recipes does not have to be complicated to prepare. As, for example, this recipe for cooking that will need a little time, very little effort and, of course, some of the ingredients:

  • 2 unpeeled baked potatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • ham or bacon — diced;
  • grated cheese;
  • salt and ground black pepper;
  • cilantro/parsley/onion;
  • butter/cream.

1. To prepare potatoes

Potatoes to wash, dry and put bake in the oven until tender, about 25-40 minutes. Ready potatoes cool, cut with a knife one-third of the potatoes and with a spoon remove the pulp, as much as possible, in order to fit the normal amount of toppings.

2. Add cheese and ham


Cheese and ham in the potatoes should be so much to fit a whole raw egg.

3. Add the egg


Just pour the raw egg and sprinkle the top with grated cheese, peppers, onions and herbs.

4. Making potato puffs


What to do with leftover potato pulp? Mix it with cheese, ham, onion and greens. Spread out in the form of mini-muffins, for example, and bake in the oven along with the stuffed potatoes at a temperature of 180° C until then, until the cheese is well melted.
