Baked patties from tuna

You know, dude, like a good tuna, it has a lot of protein, vitamins, amino acids, and indeed, this is a delicious fish that does not taste like fish.

These burgers are easy to prepare from canned tuna. Recipe from the category of «simple but delicious».


can of tuna (drain the liquid, mash fillet);

1 Cup (about 200 g) cooked couscous;

1/4 Cup finely chopped green onions;

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley;

2 cloves garlic, minced;

1/4 teaspoon of salt and the same of black pepper;

the juice of half a lemon;

3 tablespoons of sour cream;

2 eggs.



Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Download 8 small round patties (in form and size resemble a hockey puck). Put on a greased baking tray, top to anoint with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180° C in preheated oven. The cutlets spread on a plate and pour sour cream.

As you can see, everything is simple, tasty and healthy!
