When we were kids, we were all relatively simple. Bought a cartridge or Snickers father is already full of joy pants and there comes a moment of indescribable happiness. Children happiness need very little! But when we become older in age, we are constantly trying to make some sort of picture of happiness that consists of many pieces, each of which is an element that we need to get to become cool. We try to appreciate the moments of happiness, but I can not understand, moments of happiness are moments of support. But the truth is, what is really happiness we need much less than we currently think. True happiness I think comes when we can be happy without those things as it seemed earlier, were we terribly need.

1. Ideal conditions

I don’t think the happiest people live in the best of circumstances. Most likely they live with a certain set of relations to life. To be more positive and grateful for what we have in life will determine your life. If for a moment to stop and think about what you’re doing, you can catch a second to perform and try to be happier. Because ideal conditions can not be, we need something else.

2. Everyone’s approval

The biggest prison in which live a large part of the population, it’s the fear that you will tell other people. Don’t let others decide for themselves! When you make a decision, you must realize that your opinion will be your most important priority, than the opinion of others. Besides, your thoughts are educational plus: if it’s all going to collapse, blame anyone! The path to fulfillment and success in life is through to use all their resources, wits and ingenuity to achieve their own dreams. Not strangers!

3. Past perfect

Our past is difficult to name ideal. It will find what we are deep down ashamed. Don’t let your past overshadow your present and future. Let go, forget it and move forward. If something failed in the past, this does not mean that you will have nothing in the future, what nonsense did you tell yourself, man! In fact, we can become stronger in those places where we were once broken. The difference between long-term and short-term misfortune is that in the second case, you’re desperate to throw yourself at some point.

4. Full control over constant changes in life

Life is constantly changing and we are changing with it. We are not the same person we were a year ago, a month ago or even week ago. The life cycle does not stop, and every day, our personality dies and is reborn. Change is the thing constant and unchanging. But each ending begins something else. Every exit is an entrance somewhere else. To live, learn, and release. Don’t avoid change, you can’t control. And while some forces are beyond your control, we can control how react to them. The life of every living has its positive and negative sides — you’re happy or not depends largely on what aspects of your life are you most focused. The best we can do in this situation, don’t try to control what we cannot control, and focus on other things.

5. Carefree, stress-free life

Great challenges make life interesting, overcoming them makes life meaningful. Don’t wait until everything is right and not be wrong, life will never be perfect. It will always be problems, obstacles, and you will always have something that is not to missed if you get rid of bad habits. So what! Start now! With every step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more skilled and more confident. And also more successful.

6. All we have

You are where you are, with what you have. Enjoy this moment, man! Happiness only works in the present moment, only what is happening now. It can not be programmed after the appearance of any activity.

7. Mountains of money

We pay too much attention to money. Certainly NOT to pay attention to your finances is much worse than dwelling on it. The money should be kept in mind and not the heart. We are so passionately trying to make a living that we forget life itself. Develop your other qualities and emotional parameters. The real price of a person — how much it will cost if you lose all your money.

  • Happiness formula = Do your best and appreciate what you have.
  • Unhappiness formula = compare yourself to others and what they have.

It’s good to have money and the things it can buy, but it is important to make sure you haven’t lost the things that money can’t buy.

8. Any event that occurs at another time or in another place

No need to destroy the concept of «today» by the interest in what is happening in another place and another time. Still keep up with this you have no possibility because there is no time machine. Now you’re making history, which will become your legacy. Life and the life that we long to achieve something, but most of all we don’t remember how we reached chego0to, but as a way to do that.

9. Permanent happiness

Permanent happiness does not exist. We can’t be fully happy when we have moments of unhappiness. This is a paradox of life. We just are not able to perceive the moments of happiness, if we do not have adequate comparison. Utopia is unnatural.
