6 ways to focus at work

Something exciting happens in your life and you can’t get rid of unnecessary thoughts and emotions in the workplace.

If your brain is clouded and you can’t think about anything other than their mental anguish, the sense from you whatsoever. Pack your bags, make a maximally unhappy, and ask for the day off. But! To do so constantly you can’t. Find the strength and try to apply some exercises to restore the concentration:

Do you have a specific goal and all the tools to achieve it, but friends call you to the bar to drink a beer statisticke? Oh, how tempting that sounds. What to choose? On the one hand today you can do a lot of cases to achieve the goal, and the other can relax and enjoy a well-deserved drink of the gods… Hmm. Is the right decision! First, perform all scheduled, all the work and everything, and then go back to hanging out with friends. We know that you can’t really relax and you don’t think about work, well, or after a party you will torment the conscience. Who needs it? Just not for you.

2.Rehearsal

Create for yourself the image that you will see regular promotion of their work. In your imagination the process will go very smoothly and without problems. Imagine yourself of the obstacles you may face in real life, the execution of this work. Imagine how you finally completed the task. What do you feel? The pleasure that you inspired? Remember this feeling. It’ll inspire you to work. You’ll know that your efforts are not in vain, and it motivates you.

3.Save

Don’t waste your energy in time to break. You can save power, making regular breaks for 5 — 10 minutes. And not have to sit in the office all the time. If you decided to take a break, then go out on the street. Bring your lunch, sit on a bench and rest a bit. Enjoy the fresh (or polluted) air. Constant pastime at the office is bad for your health.

4.Multitasking

Doing several things simultaneously, you risk not to achieve success in any of them. Pick one, at the moment, the most important task and take care of its implementation. Do not be distracted by other things, concentrate on performing one task. Possibly protect yourself from all that distract you means.

5.Habit

Bring your work to perfection. You should know in advance what you will take, after finishing the execution of the next job. In advance prepare all the tools that you will need when working. This will speed up the process and give you distraction. Promise yourself a reward for completing work on time or ahead of schedule. Funny, but it works.

6.Conditions

Constantly distracted you can’t focus on work. Go to a quieter place or turn on relaxing music and wear headphones. If you need to get an important project, turn off your phone, email and messages.

Don’t think about Bari, friends or girlfriend. In order to relax without obligations you need to efficiently perform their work.
