1.Your boss is negative

Every day, you hear nothing but bad news. Instead start every morning and week, focusing on your team achievements, a bad leader focuses on the failures. You don’t have 20 times a day to point out your every mistake.

2.You don’t get the promotion

Criticism is fine but must be a leader who will do the promotion of his subordinates. If you feel that you’re constantly working, but in the end the chief of all the early offends you, makes the reprimand and says you’re stupid, you don’t follow the leader.

3.You never say thank you

It is not that gratitude should be the driving force of your career, but you have to admit it’s nice when people are polite. Thanks for the working day leads to greater productivity. You don’t need the ceremony «Oscars» ceremony, but if you were never thanked at work, your boss lacks proper manners.

4.Don’t trust you

Early in his career, distrust is natural for the boss. You’re new, nobody knows you, and you really don’t know what to do, no matter what you were taught in school. If you worked in this team for five years, and as before you don’t trust and don’t allow to do its work unattended, you have the wrong leader.

5.Your workplace is disorganized

Things change every day, just the way it is, whether we like it or not. But this is not acceptable at work. If your team is not well-oiled machine, it’s time to drop the leader.

6.You have no freedom

In the army, everything is regulated. You know how, when, and where to eat, sleep and go to the toilet. But even in this environment you have the right to take a break when you need or can perform the task by other means. If you’re stuck in the pre-written scripts, then you don’t follow the leader.
