3 recipes for the grill

Summer is in full swing, and therefore, the ideal dinner is a dinner in the fresh air. Today our edible category, we will tell you three simple recipes for the grill.

1. Crispy chicken wings

Chicken wings — 12 PCs;

Soy sauce — 4st.l.;

Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp;

Honey — 3 tbsp;

Sherry (cherry liqueur) — 3 tbsp;

Garlic — 1 clove;

Salt, pepper — to taste.

1. Wings wash and thoroughly dry it with paper towel.

2. Mix soy sauce, sherry, oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, fields, wings, cover with cling film and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Ketchup — 300g;

Soy sauce — 200 ml;

Honey — 100g;

Balsamic vinegar — 300 ml;

Sugar — 100g;

Garlic — 4 cloves;

Salt, pepper — to taste.

1. In a pot of water put all the other ingredients, except ribs, and bring to boil.

2. To lower the ribs into the marinade and boil on slow fire for 45 minutes.

3. Take out the ribs, ovary the marinade to a thick sauce.

4. Warm the grill, brush with oil and fry the ribs, turning occasionally and lubricating sauce.

3. Octopus in red wine

Octopus — 2kg;

Dry red wine — 400 ml;

The sweet chilli sauce — 150 ml;

Balsamic vinegar — 3 tbsp;

Soy sauce — 2 sec. l;

Basil leaves;

Salt, pepper — to taste.

1. With a sharp knife to clean the octopus from the innards and guts, cut out the eyes. Thoroughly clean the head and rinse the octopus under cold running water, cut into small cubes.

2. Put the octopus in a pot, pour the wine and balsamic vinegar. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and boil for 15 minutes until soft.

3. Drain the marinade and transfer the octopus to a bowl, brush the pieces with a mixture of soy and chili sauces.

4. Heat the grill and cook the octopus until it is slightly charred. Dinner on the table, put on Basil leaves.
