Kindergarten can cause a variety of emotions and memories. For some it’s the subject of nostalgia, someone glad was long out of there. However, there is one that many remember fondly that I want to return to this cheesecake, as in kindergarten.
It would seem that such a simple dish, but to play at home, than when fed in childhood, is far from over. What is special about this casserole? As it correctly to prepare?
Than a good casserole

Option # 1
Two tablespoons of semolina mixed with a half glass of milk. In ten minutes the grains will swell. During this time, whip the two eggs together with a tablespoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. The mixture was added to swollen rump, and all this results in a form. It must be previously greased with margarine and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, although sometimes, instead, they use semolina.
Once the oven reaches 200 degrees, it is necessary to place the form and leave for forty minutes. In the process of making it is impossible to open the door, otherwise the dish will lose its fluffiness.
Option # 2
The basis is about half a kilogram of cheese. Add a Cup of sugar, three eggs, two tablespoons of sour cream, three spoonfuls of flour or semolina. For splendor put soda, and flavor with vanilla.
Cheese need to RUB very carefully.
In a pre-greased pan and poured a mixture which is placed in the oven. Casserole will be ready in about 50 minutes.
Option # 3
This dish met not everywhere (but there is hardly a cookbook, adopted in all kindergartens), but sometimes casserole prepared with raisins.
In order to get rid of the lumps of 500 grams of cottage cheese, you can skip through a meat grinder. Three eggs, yolks separated from the proteins, after which they are pounded with three spoons of sugar. To the yolks add the cheese, a teaspoon of baking soda, 150 g of raisins and five spoons of semolina.
The whites go into a separate bowl. There they whipped to the consistency of the foam. It is administered carefully, the cheese can take several approaches.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The form should be greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. It poured the mixture with a spatula making a flat surface. Cooking time – 45 minutes.
