Despite the recommendations for dissolution, which referred to 18% moisture, in practice this figure is 35-45%. The evaporated moisture would entail an excessive porosity that leads to a decrease in strength of the finished products made from plaster.
For optimum durability, we recommend that you add 1.5 kg of gypsum, 1 l water or 1:2 liquid mass of 1:1 dense.
After dilution of the mixture very quickly to use it as the setting time of only 2.5 minutes, and the property of plasticity remains for 6-8 minutes. In the case when the solution is already frozen, it is unsuitable for further use.
