Kliantus — care at home
Kliantus – poisonous houseplant, which is home to New Zealand.
Currently found in nature in only two main types. Length of one species of kliantus reaches about 71 cm.
Blossoms twice a year: in spring and in late summer.
The second type of kliantus – bright red curls refers to plants. The flowering period for this species is late spring.
The length of the shoots of climbing kliantus reaches 2-3 meters. The stems are not able to wind on the supports and, consequently, they need to fix.
Location and lighting
Kliantus not very capricious plant, but for its content it is best to take large, warm and well lit room.
Despite the fact that the plant is perennial and has short life period, just a few years. That’s why many growers consider it one year old.
Kliantus loves the heat in summer and somewhat lower temperature in the winter. The plant is sensitive and feels bad for violation of the temperature regime.

Watering and humidity
