Araliya or fats Japanese (Fatsiajaponica) – a spectacular large houseplant with quite large palmate leaves that reach 40 cm in diameter.

The plant itself in the home can reach 1.5-2 m in height.

It feels equally well as in gardens and in pots indoors.

There are two varieties of aralia – variegated zelenolistnyh.

Variegated aralia more demanding winter conditions – it is more thermophilic than zelenolistnyh.

Homeland fatsiyi are Japan and Taiwan. In wild species is shrubs, reaching up to 4m.

Araliya photophilous plant, but does not tolerate direct sunlight. Tolerates partial shade. In winter requires good lighting.

Watering
