Recep Tayyip Erdogan: biography
Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a prominent political leader of Turkey, who was elected President at the first national election held in 2014. High positions in political spaces of the state, Erdogan is since 1994. He first organized the Pro-Islamist national salvation Party and as its leader was the mayor of Istanbul, and then in 2003 took the position of Prime Minister of the country and over the next 11 years held the power of the country in their hands. His policies led by the government, and now state, has an ambiguous evaluation in the world — some believe that only thanks to Erdogan, Turkey has gone from a parliamentary Republic to presidential, and others do not exclude that the Turkish leader intends to turn the country into an Islamic state.
Born Recep Tayyip Erdogan on 26 February 1954 in the largest city of Turkey Istanbul. His childhood and youth he spent in the town of Riesa, where was born his father Ahmet and mother Tensile. The family of the future President of Turkey lived very modestly, as my father worked in low-paid work in the coast guard, and the mother was engaged in education of children. In March 2003 Recep Tayyip Erdogan was appointed Prime Minister of Turkey, which at that time was concentrated on the main power of the country. His main achievements in office have become the currency reform, the successful fight against corruption, the construction of new power stations and representatives of social facilities, the consolidation of democracy in the country. Personal life Tayyip Erdogan is not as saturated as his political career. The President of Turkey married to Emine Gulbaran, which since 1978 maintains a man on his difficult path to power. Like most of the first lady of the world countries, Erdogan’s wife does charity work, for which he was awarded honorary awards.
The family of a Turkish leader raised four children – two sons necmeddin Bilal, Ahmet Burak and two daughters, Esra and Cumae. It is known that the sons of Erdogan actively engaged in the oil business and having not less than 10 bulk-oil courts. The President’s daughter followed in the footsteps of mother are engaged in charity and to protect the rights of women in the country.
The family lives in Erdogan’s new presidential Palace AK-Saray, built on the outskirts of Ankara. According to Western sources, the structure comprises 1000 rooms, making it larger in size than the Russian Kremlin and the us White house.
